I'm glad the visit went relatively well, at any rate! :) And from the sound of it, they are more or less backing up your approach at meal times, so I hope that helps you and Howard. I do think snack time makes sense, though I never would have thought about it.

The wait for developmental pediatricians IS insane -- at least around here, too. People wait up to a YEAR to see one. Apparently they are a rather rare species, but it kind of boggles my mind as to why.

But overall it sounds to me like everything is pretty resolvable, which is a good thing!
