Okay, so I had to read two chapters this morning...

I am such an emotional mess now. Dee's slowly-acknowledged depression and Hoshi's backstory are bad enough, but then you have them bonding and laughing and somehow it's better than when they were both more healthy. That's not right, but it's so BSG.

Lee broke my heart too. He's being elusive again, and he's trying so hard but I know he'll eventually fail and it's hard to read the beginnings of that. *flails* (I always wanted Lee/Dee to work, after Billy/Dee was no longer a possibility, and part of me thinks it could have, just the show wasn't invested in it. So I can't help but feel a little disappointed that this is staying canon, even though while not happy it makes an interesting story.)

I shivered the whole time Dr. Robert was there, so certain something would happen (and maybe it will, but I don't have time to read the next chapter yet...ack). But Cottle and Ishay are wonderful, and I loved the little bit about Hoshi fixing the heart monitor and Cottle not liking it.
