Knee-jerk reactions:

1.) I love Sawyer. I would probably hate him in real life and he'd probably hate me, but God, he's the kind of character I wish I could write but I'm not mean enough to. I can't do con men too well (all right, I can do Peter), so I stick to my killers with good intentions. But his daughter!!!

2.) Kate still bores me, as does Jack.

3.) I really want to know more about Zeke, because he seems like a decent human being, sort of. Side note: Toby has a boat and a Little People person that looks like the Other's boat that Mike and Walt sailed off in and the guy looks a bit like Zeke. It's really funny.

4.) I love Charlie/Claire, but Charlie can get kind of annoying with his overpossessiveness.

5.) I really wish the Others would explain why they're not the bad guys. If they had me locked up in a cage, I'd not be believing they were the good guys myself.

6.) It must say a lot about me that I adore the character of Simon Tam, who refused to help Kaylee unless Mal turned Serenity and ran, and Jack bores me, and he jumped in and tried to save Colleen regardless of the situation. I think Simon would get along with Sawyer a LOT better than Jack does.

7.) My bets on the tumor are on Benry there, but maybe not since that's what the preview led us to believe.

8.) Preview- were those aliens? They sure looked like it. That would be way, way too wierd.

9.) I sort of feel like Lost has descended into major chaos. This leads me to two opposite conclusions: either the writers are making a major mess out of keeping us all confused and have no idea of what they're doing, or they know exactly what they're doing and this will all make sense at some point. I haven't decided which it is.

10.) Jack is one letter away from Hack, which I keep inadvertantly typing. Yes, I just wanted a tenth item on my list.


Probably should go to bed, as my alarm clock will be up before I want him to be regardless :) Lots of work tomorrow :P

I wish the writers would stop toying with me too, and give me...something. Some glimmer of a goal. I like a good mystery, but this is getting a little annoying.

Yeah. I feel like instead of getting a clue as to what's going on, we're adding in more and more pieces. I feel like it's getting a little out of their control. But then, I could be wrong about the pieces, and the previews are deceptive. But I keep feeling like storylines are about to get dropped. (I also felt they should have just focused this episode entirely on the three at the Others camp. Flashing back to Desmond and Charlie, while interesting, didn't work for me- I think because there wasn't enough in that little bit to really hook me and interest me. It was a distraction to the main plot of the episode.)

I heard an interview with JJ Abrams and he said that they have everything all planned out. I wish the show would throw us a bone now and then with some explanation for things instead of just raising more questions.

I've also wondered if Michael and Walt are really off the show. I know the others told them where to sail but I never heard of those actors aren't coming back.
