lls_mutantAOL has one of their silly little "features" about the nastiest quotes of Simon Cowell. Personally, I don't think the man is always that mean, and a lot of the quotes weren't terrible. But this one baffles me.
"I don't want babies the same way I wouldn't want a puppy. It's too much responsibility."
How the heck is that nasty? Personally, I think it's good common sense and responsibility- hell, it's why we don't have a dog right now ourselves. Everyone's got to know what they're willing to carry and accept that and yada yada yada.
On the bright side, I might get to go see my former co-workers on Friday, if hubby gives the all-clear. My boss always has a "Hog Day" celebration for Groundhog's Day. The kids are welcome. I just want to make sure Howard is okay with me taking Trevor (still >2 months) down before I commit. ::Crosses fingers:: It would be SO nice to go. I had one of the best bosses ever, and some fantastic co-workers. I miss them.
