Oops. I forgot to check the hCG. I knew it was one or the other.
I thought about writing more of the Felix-Dee scene, but the problem was it was repetitive. Because Dee honestly told Felix what she was thinking about the baby (which we've seen in other ways), and Felix basically went through a cycle of "uh-huh. Ouch. There, there. Uh-huh. Ouch. There, there" and patted her hand and hugged her when she was looking for it.
Oooh, Dee as XO! nifty!
Ain't it though? I got the idea from Guess Who's Coming to Dinner. When the baseship jumps back, Dee's right there shouting orders with Tigh and Adama. And although they never showed it, it makes sense that Adama would be starting to size people up/train a few for command without mentioning that that's what he was doing too loudly. He wasn't drinking yet :) Hoshi's getting a shift to himself next chapter, although we don't see it (nothing happens anyway.)
I'm just now waiting for pornbattle to start posting, because the one fic starts out with some Dee/Gaeta for you :)
