Wee! More procrastination! Bigger procrastination!

Actually, I'm not REALLY procrastinating. I made great progress on my big bang last night. I'm now all the way up to the big rescue, and I even put all the chapter divisions in and rearranged scenes and added almost all of the missing ones. I have the Colony stuff and Daybreak, and then I'm DONE.

Well, done the rough draft. I have a LOT of editing to do already.

But I'm going running in 15 minutes, so it's not like I can really settle down and do stuff right now.

Anyway, I meant to mention, I did the reccing for BSG on [livejournal.com profile] crack_van this month. What did I rec? Well, it was definitely heavy on my f-list, because you guys are what I read, but oh well. (Links go to my recs, not directly to the fics, although the recs have the links to the fic.) I tried to do recs for minor characters, and except for the first two, they all include Gaeta, and are gen-ish in their way. (Sadly, I didn't find a good Dee fic that I hadn't already found through [livejournal.com profile] crack_van

"How to Live and Love as an Amputee", by Brendan Constanza by [livejournal.com profile] trovia (HotDog)

I didn't rec a vid, partly because I was sick, and partly because I think everyone and their brother has seen my favorite full-length vids. (They are: Trapdoor Trigger, Broken, We Didn't Start the Fire, and my all-time favorite, Slow Down, Gandhi. If you haven't seen them and want to, let me know and I'll dig up the link.) I also missed a few others. I could only rec one crossover, so Life on Boros got narrowly edged out by Unfinished Business. And I really, really, REALLY wanted to rec "A Bend in the Stream" by [livejournal.com profile] grey_sw, but it's a remix of my fic, and I figure that's probably pretty bad form ;) But it's still such an amazing fic.

Oh well. My fifteen minutes are up- must go running. ::pulls out shiny new running icon that I made for [livejournal.com profile] twelvecolonies "hope" prompt and then forgot to submit.::

I was honored to get a rec from you. :) I got quite a lot of new reviews for the fic, too. It was great.

Viiiids! I want links! What is Trapdoor Trigger? And wait, when you say Broken, you mean my little vid? Naw, you must mean another Broken out there. Which one?

I can watch Slow Down, Gandhi many, many times. All he wanted was a fucking Pepsi, people.

I love vids. :-)
