For a community, it's <lj comm=remusxsirius> = remusxsirius
To post to a community, you must first join it (link on the userinfo page of the community). Once you have done that, you will have the option of posting in your own journal, or any community you have joined. On the update page, toward the bottom, it will say "Post to: " with a pull-down menu. The default is the one for your personal journal, but you can change it to whatever community you want. If you post in the wrong place, though, you can't edit your post to move it. You have to erase the misplaced one, and repost it.
There, see? You can still be lazy. All the directions handed to you. ;) Let me know if you have any questions.
