Here's the first two, both 100 words exactly:

ignipes, who wanted McGonagall catching Fred and George doing something illegal, but letting them off the hook.
“And for the low, low price of two sickles, you too can avoid Arithmancy, depart Divination and skive off Sinastra! Oh, hello, Professor,” George said as the crowd gathered around the twins promptly dispersed.
Professor McGonagall fixed George and Fred with a firm eye. “What did I tell you about selling your merchandise on school grounds?”
Fred had the decency to look embarrassed, but George met her eyes.
“I hear that Professor Umbridge is running the staff meeting today,” he said innocently.
McGonagall sighed and rooted through her pockets. “All right. I’ll take a Puking Pastille and a Nosebleed Nougat.”

mackittenx, who wanted post-Hogwarts/pre-Azkaban boys.
Melted snow dripped down his collar, making Sirius shiver. “You should have left the bike in this weather,” Remus chuckled, toweling Sirius’s hair dry.
“Couldn’t do that,” he said between chattering teeth as Remus slid his shirt off and dried his arms.
“Come on. Put these on.” Remus extended a pair of warm pajamas.
Soon they were curled up together in front of the fire, a thick quilt wrapped around them and mugs of hot chocolate nearby. Sirius lay down and rested his head in Remus’s lap.
“First time I’ve been warm all day,” he said, and Remus just smiled.
