Dear Certain Muse Who Put Ideas In My Head (i.e., shaggydogstail),

I hate you, but I mean that in the most loving way. I should be downstairs right now cleaning up the kitchen (which is a disaster) and then going to bed at a reasonable hour. Or writing Accidentally In Love. Or finishing my DTF commentary. Instead, I am writing about Sirius as an altar boy.

Might I add I was raised Methodist and know nothing about the Church of England?

It probably won't come out very funny (although I'm sure MWP will give Sirius hell for it), but it's eating my brain. Thanks. Thanks a LOT.

Well, given how the fic is turning out, it shouldn't be horribly offensive. (Sirius might be an altar boy, but I'm a big believer that most priests aren't perverts.) It's actually turning out pretty serious.

But there is that whole anti-magic thing, isn't there?

The Church of England is pretty similar to the Methodist church: perhaps a bit less austere. As long as you stay firmly rooted in Protestantism you can't go too wrong. I'm dying to find out where the magic comes in, because this could get seriously complicated. :D

Yup, it completely serves you right for the business abour Sirius' schoolbooks and Clerks (which still lurks at the back of my brian. And I'm very much looking forward to it!
