Ap-py Mommy Day!

Happy Mother's Day to everyone who celebrates it, but especially to people like aome, danijo1, shaggydogstail, inksheddings, sasha_davidovna, mysid and pfrsue, (Plus a few others that I've never seen mention kids in their own journal so I'm not mentioning here just in case, and sorry if I missed anyone!) who have shared the benefits of their experience. And thanks, too, to the non-moms who listen and offer advice anyway!

I got woken up this morning by my little guy saying "Happy Mother's Day." Of course, it required much prompting, and it came out more like this:

Daddy: Can you say 'happy'?
Toby: Ap-py
Daddy: Can you say 'mother's'?"
Toby: Moes
Daddy: Can you say 'Mommy'?
Toby: Mo-oey
Daddy: Can you say 'Day'?
Toby: Day

So, it was more "Appy Mommy Day", but OH! SO cute! I totally melted :)
