We get it, okay? Even out of the Viper flight suit, even in a regular suit, you're a hottie. But that doesn't give you the right to be an ass to ME.

Look, first you insisted on being a major character. All right, FINE. Then you insisted on a motorcycle. FINE AGAIN. But that normally comes with a price. But thanks to trovia, you just escaped four months in a Cylon detention center, buddy. (And don't think even worse things to do to you didn't cross my mind.) But trovia and I agree that you didn't seem that traumatized in early Season 3 and you respect Lee too much, so you lucked out. Very few characters manage to do that with me.

Still, that does not give you the right to strut around the fic naked waving certain parts of your anatomy around, okay? You are a Viper pilot, not a frat boy. Okay, bad phrase. But still. Just because you lucked out does not give you the right to be so... cocky.

But you ARE really hot, and I do love you. ::sigh::

No, Narcho can't have glasses. He's a fighter pilot, sweetie. I know, I know- the glasses are REALLY hot and sweet and given what you've been through, it's really not asking much. But no, he can't have glasses.

Dear Dee,

No, you can't sleep with Narcho after you leave Lee. I totally get why you want to. But first of all, it doesn't really work in your timeline, unless you want it to be MORE torture for you when things get awkward between you two afterwards. And second, he's gay. He loves you, but he'd rather do your husband. Most of the time, anyway.

This makes me grin in ways ridiculous. I think I may be in love with your Narcho muse. Yes indeed.

Maybe if you get Narcho drunk enough he'd be willing to try? (I have a gay friend who says that sometimes. "I could... try." xD He doesn't think it would work, but there's a few women he'd be willing to let give it a fair attempt.)

I'm TOTALLY in love with my Narcho muse :) He's cracking me up.

It's not that Narcho isn't willing to try. I've got Dee in one ear going "but he's so pretty!" and Narcho in the other saying, "come on, she's HOT!" But the thing is, I can't make it work in canon. I think if Dee had something blooming with Narcho, she might have had something else to hold on for. I really think she was just dead inside when she pulled the trigger, and I can't make that work with them sleeping together and having it work. I CAN make it work with them sleeping together and having it not work and be awkward and affect their friendship badly, but Dee's already got so much going on, I'm really not sure I want to do that to her. And I can't make it work with it just making their friendship deeper, because I think Dee's best friend was Felix, and I don't want to trod on that. ::sigh:: It's really easiest if they don't sleep together.

But in the Admiral Dee AU in my head, they totally do. :)

Which begs the question: if Dee *isn't* sleeping with Narcho, and Narcho's not interested in rekindling something with Hoshi (and apparently vice-versa), yet he *is* that drool-worthy...*somebody* has to be drooling over him besides your faithful readers, right? :D

Good question! I'm sure someone is, but Narcho's telling me he's not sleeping with much of anyone. Or if he is, it's just that- a little screwing around.

I think part of it is that I've got it in my head Narcho is completely, 100% gay, and I can't really come up with another lover for him because I'm trying to avoid the "everyone is secretly gay!" sort of scenario. Oh well. Poor guy :)

Narcho has become an aburpt main character in a fic I'm currently writing and one in planning stage. I like to think that he was like an early seasons Starbuck of the Pegasus. That and I'm playing around with the idea of him and Felix a lot. Someone should write a Narcho/Gaeta/Hoshi threesome but it wouldn't be me..

Between you and brennanspeaks this talking muses idea is getting really appealing. Mind if I borrow for my epic denial!fic?

Hey, it's hardly our idea- I've been seeing it done for a long time, ever since I joined the HP fandom. Go for it!

I'm in love with my version of Narcho, even if I know why he and Hoshi aren't together anymore and Narcho TOTALLY deserves it. ::Sigh:: he really can be an ass. I did a Narcho/Gaeta fic once- they're a fun pairing. Enjoy!

(I've thought about writing that threesome, especially since in my world Hoshi and Narcho were once practically married, and Hoshi and Gaeta fell in love, and I've done Gaeta/Narcho in a different universe where Hoshi/Narcho was still a past pairing, but I just can't get it to work. Maybe because I know why Hoshi and Narcho aren't together, and while I won't say there's no way Hoshi would EVER go back to him, I will say it's over and they both know it. ::Sigh:: But you're right- someone needs to write that. Where's blue_crow?)

Heh. You know, I'm actually debating if Dee and Felix DID sleep together in my head now. They're starting to hint that they might have, after the attacks. Actually, Dee wants me to write a fic where Felix was a virgin, and after the attacks he basically confesses that to her and they both decide he can't die a virgin so they totally do each other. Felix is shrugging and just asking if she can wear that black dress.

::sigh:: Even if Felix prefers men, there are two women in the Fleet he would sleep with as far as I'm concerned (today's version, anyway): Dee and Laura Roslin. Because come on- how can you NOT?
