Has anyone here done Weight Watchers, especially when it was the "winning points" program? That's when I did it, and after the baby is born I really, really want to do it again. However, I'd like to try doing it on my own for a few months to see if I can avoid having to pay all that money, especially since I already know the program.

The problem? I can't find my Week 1 book.

For the most part, that's fine. I can remember all the servings you need, and I have a more comprehensive guide for individual foods than was in the Week 1 booklet anyway. What I DON'T have is the Points ranges.

If you've done WW Winning Points, and you have your booklet, could you please, please, PLEASE tell me what the Point ranges are for a nursing woman between 150-174 and 175-199? Thank you SO much!

OMG! I can't believe I still have it. I win!

175-199: 32-37 points
150-174: 30-35 points.

You DO win!!!! Thank you SO much!!! I thought that would be about right- I know each point is about 50-60 calories, and nursing requires an extra 500 over what would normally be required, but I wasn't at all sure.

THANK YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! :)

You're welcome! I followed this after I had my son and at my 6-week post partum checkup not only had I lost all of my pregnancy weight (about 17 pounds) but also an additional 14 pounds. And it didn't negatively impact my nursing at all; my son remained in the 75th percentile the entire time I nursed him. Good luck!!
