buttfacemakani's work- especially for the sense of humor. And after the morning we just had, this sketch made me laugh until my sides hurt.
I also have proven that it doesn't matter if you have a fricking Ph.D., it is still possible to be a total idiot. (I've known this for a long time, but...) I went to visitaome the other day (who is as sweet as she is on line, and MiniPlu and Two are even more adorable in person), and ended up missing the PA turnpike completely. The thing is, PA tends to mark the turnpike REALLY well, in GREAT BIG SIGNS. However, it really helps that, if you have two turns 100 yards apart or less, you put the sign on the correct turn, not immediately after the earlier one.
Oops.
(For the record,aome, I did make it home without getting lost. And my husband's convinced you're not an axe murderer now.)
My remix is coming along well. I'm trying to get at least a little done each day so I can get it in early and be happy with it. At least I got inspiration early on!
Really, I'm just procrastinating writing a letter I don't want to write. But still. :P Enjoy the sketch!
