(no subject)

It's not that I have no inspiration for my Remix. Oh no. It's that I have too much freaking inspiration.

The story I started with is probably about 1000 words long. Mine is at 6,500 and climbing, although I think there's one scene at the beginning that needs to be cut and the sex scene is still in the remixing stage. There are characters in here that were never in the original story. Hello, what are you guys even doing here? Sheesh. GO AWAY. At least Tonks and Emmaline Vance. Seriously, ladies. Get! (Considering they ARE getting cut, I don't mind saying that they were there.)

There. Now I HAVE to cut that scene, which wasn't a bad scene, but wasn't at all necessary to the story. HA!

There's so much more I want to say, but then it starts commenting on the author's work, and that could be a giveaway as to who I'm writing for and all that, so I'll just keep my mouth shut now.



In other news, AIL 11 continues to be written at a slow pace :P I have 11 pages of it done and just figured out how this little roadblock goes. I really need to finish Band of Brothers, which I started as a spin off from A Little Respect and then was going to submit for the omniocular challenge and still works for the new challenge, but I just haven't gotten very far. And I got a review in for MRFH! Whoopee! Can't believe I watched the movie (The Princess Diaries 2), but hey. I really need to write an article for MRFH one of these days, too. I would have liked to have done something on the Oscars, but I haven't seen half the nominees. More than half. I should also finish my reviews of October Sky, The Great Escape, Wind, and... shoot. What WAS the last one???? I'd like to drool over Firefly at length at some point, too, but I need to finish watching the series and I should have Howard home for that.

And oh yeah, I should finish that paper on biodiesel as well.

So maybe I should go write in Word instead of in LJ, hmmmmm?

My remix ended up only 3 words longer than the original, which I found incredibly odd.

Sorry yours is giving you grief. :S You know you'll work it all out, there's still a good bit of time left. (And yay! for a sex scene! :P)

At least it's good grief, y'know? For the Secret Santa, I had trouble with inspiration. This time, it's just too much inspiration. Too many things to write. My fic is five times longer than the original. Oh well. It's not like I'm not a wordy person or anything ;)
