It's never been mentioned. I know, because I was in a MWPP-era RPG, and we had to figure out who all the teachers were at the time. We made up a Divination teacher, since there wasn't any canon about that.
We know that there was one, because Dumbledore says he was relcutant to keep the subject on the curriculum when he talks about interviewing Trelawny, but no names. So go mad with making one up!
You know, the thing about divination... for some reason, and I know it's probably just me being pretentious, but I just cannot see James, Sirius or Remus - especially Remus! (because of the lyncathropy, not because he's supersmart or anything) - taking that class. (And if they didn't take it, Peter likely wouldn't have either). Well, okay, not just because they were bright students, but because, growing up in the wizarding world, unlike Harry, they'd probably have a bit of a clue about the uselessness of Divination. James just strikes me as too practical to be bothered with it, and they don't strike as the types to take a class because they heard it's an easy O either.
I just always picture them taking Ancient Runes or Arithmancy or Muggle Studies. I can totally see Sirius wanting to take Muggle studies just because it would piss off his family. *g*
I agree that James, Sirius, and Remus would all find it bunk, but I'm SO stuck on my version of Peter who does have some Divination talent, and resents the others who do think he's full of it and don't take it seriously :) Plus, I'm working on an AU that centers around the prophecy, so Divination's sort of a must :P
But yeah, I don't see it being too probably that at least three of the four took it.
