Wonder of wonders, miracle of miracles, but Toby is on his SECOND nap of the day. The frustrating thing is I spent his entire first nap trying to find out how soy polyols were made. So while I was actually working on my paper, my paper is standing steady at eight pages. I know the results section is really scanty. :P I'm just not 100% sure what to say in my results, especially as there was data that would have been nice to have but I don't.

Other news, not so much. I got the weekend "off" this weekend, and went to the mall to get Father's Day gifts, saw a movie, and worked on my paper. Oh, and went to a church dinner for the youth group kids that are graduating. Movie was X-3, I'd say what I think, but I suspect I'd better say it in a review or Justin will so kick my ass. (Well, not seriously, but still.)

I've been reading the sporkings on [livejournal.com profile] hbpspork, and the one today is actually really interesting, especially with the points about England after the London bombings vs. how the wizards act during Death Eater laden times. The community is really interesting and entertaining to begin with, but I really enjoyed today's commentary.

I also have one story I'm putting up soon, but AIL readers have seen it as it's the Regulus-Remus plotline from AIL. Not so much with the new writing unless it's about biodiesel these days. Can I just say how glad I will be when this paper is done? :P

Hope all is well with everyone!

Could you at least give a brief sum-up? Liked it? Hated it? Mixed views?

Mixed views. I felt like it had a lot of potential that it didn't always live up to. It pulled its punches and underestimated its audience.

But on the other hand, there was a shirtless Hugh Jackman. That was good :)

::hugs back:: Thanks! Been a bit snowed under, and frankly, depressed. But I tossed the birth control pills that I think were doing it, and life seems to be coming back. Yay! How are you doing?

Further *hugs* I was wondering, when you hadn't posted for a bit. So glad you seem to be feeling better - yay! I'm pretty okay, thanks. No work at the moment and I'm annoyed at not having heard back about that job, but at least I have some time for writing if only I could get started...
