Tired of Food
Jul. 20th, 2008 08:43 pmCan I just say I am SO. SICK. of thinking about food?
Toby doesn't eat, and snacktimes are nightmares.
Trevor's starting solids.
I'm dieting.
Howard can fend for himself, thank God, and eats whatever I make without (serious) complaint.
And every time I look on a parenting forum or the E-forum, I see posts about how awful it is that parents allow their child to become picky eaters.
Food, food food. Who's eating what, how much, and how can I make it all.
I AM SO FUCKING SICK OF THINKING ABOUT FOOD.
Sorry. It hasn't even been one of those days.

Date: 2008-07-24 03:24 am (UTC)My sister used to be a very picky eater. After one particularly torturous snacktime, I picked up the phone and when she answered, just shouted, "You are SO lucky Mom and Dad never left you to the wolves!"
I'm so ticked her daughter eats anything that won't eat her back! :)
