RS Games and Stuff
Jul. 2nd, 2008 02:33 pmWHOOHOO! We won! Go Team Post-Hogwarts! (As an aside- anyone who follows
buttfacemakani's art, I really, really, really wanted to work, "Go Team Failure!" into one of my stories. I really wish I had.) Of course, it's not like we won by much. And I am way behind on my reading, but I hear that Team Angsty Emo Teenagers put out some great stuff, too.
But one of the things I've been dying to say is that my fic is The Line in the Sand, which I'm pretty sure at least
sambethe guessed. (Well, she said she was pretty sure she knew who wrote that one when she recced it- thanks, btw!- and she said she was pretty sure she knew which one I wrote, so I'm assuming she was right on both counts.) For once, I don't think I referenced myself, but I guess I'm pretty distinct on certain counts. Anyway, The Line in the Sand is an AU where Peter gets cold feet at the last minute and instead of turning James and Lily over to Voldemort, he confesses that he's a Death Eater to Sirius. Instead of being happy and fluffy, the betrayal is difficult for all of them to absorb and I did my best to crush them all under my heel- hahahahahhahahahahahaha!
Anyway, I'll cross-post it when permissible and all that.
I think I had more to say, but I'm trying to finish my review of WALL-E so I can veg. Nothing like a little irony there, I know :P
