Dollhouse Question

Question for the Dollhouse Fans-
After Paul goes brain dead, Topher revives him by imprinting himself back on to himself, giving him the Active architecture and essentially making him a Doll with his own personality. Does Paul have a handler here?
Also, once the Dolls are released from their five year contract, and their personalities are restored. However, they still have the active architecture. If their handler came up to them and said, "Madeline, would you like a treatment?", would the former doll still be vulnerable?
Thanks!

And yeah, it seems to make sense that they would still be vulnerable to it in the Dollhouse world, and I think I might want it that way a bit now :)
Thanks again!
