If you do, can you tell me the phoentic spelling of "papers"? (As in, travel papers or passports or anything like that?)

Well, "passport" would be "passport". (Yes, really.) Paper, literally translated, is "buMAga" (caps to show syllablic stress) but the final vowel changes depending on singular v plural and where it's being used in a sentence. Also, I don't know if formal "papers" as you're speaking of would still be "bumagi" (the plural nominative), but I believe "documents" would be "documenti" (again, vowel may change at the end depending on what the case is).

And the plural of "passport" is, like "document" - "passporti" in the nominative.
