Another birthday!
Nov. 4th, 2005 10:35 amHappy birthday to
marilla82!!!! :) Hope you have an absolutely wonderful one.
I keep feeling like I should post later today, but I have no idea why. My two priorities today are the presentation my old boss wants and finish painting the nursery- it's not like I'll get any writing done of any sort. Bleh :P
Going to see Jarhead tonight. It doesn't seem like my normal movie, but it's got Jake Gyllenhaal AND Chris Cooper... together. You have to understand, October Sky is one of my favorite movies of all time. That's a combination that will successfully lure me.
Also, I think it's really, really funny that Chris Cooper once studied ballet. Actually, it makes my brain hurt.
Back to biodiesel :P

Date: 2005-11-08 02:29 am (UTC)Jarhead was actually pretty awesome. I didn't find it that depressing at all, really. It was actually very interesting and a very different sort of war movie, which was appropriate, given that the Gulf War was a very different sort of war. There was no real violence or anything like that in the movie (which was actually the point). And actually, it was pretty funny.
The language was absolutely terrible, but it was funny :)
