Baby Shower Babble
Jul. 10th, 2006 02:51 pmSo hubby's best friend and his wife are having a baby- yay! (I've known this for a while- she's like 5-6 months along.) I'm helping host the baby shower, and I found this adorable cake. I am dying to make it, but I've never worked with rolled fondant before. Has anyone played with it? How difficult is it to work with? I'm a pretty decent cook and good with my hands, so bearing that in mind....

Date: 2006-07-11 06:50 pm (UTC)I was thinking about the poured frosting, too. The other thing I wasn't sure about was I think I've heard people say fondant isn't as tasty as other icings? I don't remember.

Good luck!
